Darren is a co-founder and director of FHL. He has over 14 years’ experience of business analysis, system design and implementation of NetSuite solutions. He has diverse experience of working with and advising businesses across a wide range of sectors including professional services, warehousing and distribution, e-commerce, not-for-profit, healthcare and technology firms. His functional expertise includes multi-company finance, CRM and project management.
John heads up the Professional Services team and has worked on many large, industry wide change programmes and implementations for sectors such as banks, airtime providers, 3PL, warehousing, manufacturing and insurance. John is experienced in development and analysis/design and has over 10 years NetSuite development and implementation experience.
Kingsley is the Head of our Support team. His team is responsible for supporting and maintaining client’s systems post go-live. Kingsley holds a BSc Computing Science from Staffordshire University and has over 8 years of experience with NetSuite including implementations of CRM, eCommerce, finance and inventory management. In 2018 he was named employee of the year in recognition of his efforts to support the firm’s growth. Kingsley is passionate about supporting clients and is always keen to use his experience to help others.
Chris has worked in software sales for the last 20 years, leading sales teams, developing and executing robust sales strategies which have enhanced business growth and achieved sales goals in challenging market environments. He has successfully developed and implemented effective sales strategies, directing go-to-market campaigns, and built new sales channels to accelerate business development and revenue growth. Chris has delivered contractual wins ranging from FTSE 100 companies to SME and new start-ups.
Jane has over 35 years’ Project Management, Systems Integration and Implementation experience. She has extensive and diverse experience managing projects in sectors including banking, insurance, clinical trials, financial services, manufacturing, public sector, retail and healthcare. She has first-hand experience of leading a complex NetSuite implementation client side prior to joining FHL in December 2018. Jane’s career started in general insurance and she migrated into service delivery management of technical project teams within the IT division. She has worked on contracts as a project manager for HM Prison Service, the third sector and the NHS.
Matt leads the Operations team focusing on revenue and compliance, ensuring a collaborative approach between different functional teams. Matt joined FHL in 2014 and has supported the business from the early days of 25 people, implementing financial controls and management information reporting to support business growth. Matt is experienced in utilising and developing systems as management information tools to drive processes and growth.
Karl joined FHL in April 2013 as General Manager. His main focus within the business is programme and resource management, alongside this role he heads the quality team. Prior to this Karl served in the military where he gained over 23 years of management experience within many challenging leadership roles.
